For months we had a serious leak in our living room. Unfortunately, we had it with the developer and his multiple attempts to fix the problems.
There is something to be said about having bought here: we received unconditional support until the problem was resolved in our best interest. Eventually everyone agreed that the best thing to do was to let us pick an engineering company that we trusted and the cost would be covered by the developer. And so our latest round of repairs began. And another stay at our neighboring hotel (perhaps we should make it our official address).
Now life here looks more like this:
No more leaks. For good. Our terrace and ceiling look like a million bucks. Peace returned to our home. Except that we now had a brilliant idea...

ReplyDeleteEek. I've had my own issues with a leaky basement recently. No fun at all. Glad you were able to fix the problem.
